The Ultimate Summer Beach Package Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored by Matt Blatt Dealerships (“Sponsor”), with dealership locations in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. The Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta Platforms Inc., TikTok, ByteDance, Yeti, Wekapo, or Homevative.

Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of Pennsylvania (PA), New Jersey (NJ), Delaware (DE), and New York (NY) who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Matt Blatt Dealerships, their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children), and household members are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.

Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on May 20, 2026 at 12:00 PM Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on June 23, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET (the “Giveaway Period”). Entries received outside the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.

How to Enter

The Giveaway is open on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. Entrants may enter on one or more platforms, but the maximum total entries per person across all platforms is four (4).

Completion of all three steps on any platform constitutes one (1) Standard Entry.

Bonus Entries: On any platform, entrants may earn up to three (3) bonus entries by tagging up to three (3) additional friends in separate comments on the official Giveaway post or video. Each bonus tag must be in a separate comment to count. Maximum total entries per person across all platforms: four (4).

Winner Selection & Notification

One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period across all platforms. The drawing will be conducted on or about June 24, 2026.

The winner will be notified via direct message on the platform through which they entered within twenty-four (24) hours of the drawing. If the winner entered on multiple platforms, Sponsor will notify via one platform at its discretion.

If the winner does not respond within forty-eight (48) hours of notification, does not meet the eligibility requirements, or declines the prize, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at Sponsor’s discretion.

Prize

One (1) prize package will be awarded, consisting of:

Prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee of any kind. No cash equivalent, substitution, or transfer of prize is permitted, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, if any.

Prize Claim

The winner must claim the prize in person at a Matt Blatt Dealership location within five (5) business days of confirming acceptance of the prize. Failure to claim the prize within this timeframe may result in forfeiture, and an alternate winner may be selected at Sponsor’s discretion. Travel, accommodations, and any other expenses associated with claiming the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner and are not included.

The winner may be required to present valid government-issued photo identification and sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release (where permitted by law) prior to receiving the prize. Failure to comply may result in forfeiture of the prize.

As a condition of receiving the prize, the winner agrees to be photographed and/or recorded at the Matt Blatt Dealership location during prize pickup. The winner grants Sponsor a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use their name, likeness, photograph, video, and any related content for promotional, advertising, and marketing purposes, including but not limited to Sponsor’s social media accounts, website, and print or digital marketing materials, without additional compensation or prior approval.

Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period across all participating platforms.

General Conditions

By entering the Giveaway, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway.

Release of Platforms & Brands

By entering, each entrant releases Instagram, Facebook, Meta Platforms Inc., TikTok, ByteDance, Yeti, Wekapo, and Homevative from any and all liability in connection with this Giveaway. Entrants acknowledge that this Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any of the aforementioned platforms or brands, and that they are providing their information to the Sponsor and not to any of the aforementioned platforms or brands.

Limitation of Liability

By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use of any prize, including but not limited to personal injury, death, property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy.

Privacy

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s privacy practices. Personal information will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Giveaway and will not be sold to third parties.

Disputes

Except where prohibited by law, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.

Winner List

The name of the winner will be available upon request. To obtain the winner’s name, email giveaways@mattblatt.com after July 1, 2026.
